What do I get in the free trial? +

What happens when my trial ends? +

Your plans are kept safe and stay viewable, but the account goes read-only: no new plans, edits, or exports until you subscribe. Subscribe for €59/year and you pick up exactly where you left off.

I teach SET or multigrade. Does Pleanáil work for me? +

Yes. SET and multigrade planning is fully supported, including in your trial: your trial plans can cover multiple class levels in one plan.

Can I upgrade during my trial? +

Yes! If you upgrade during the trial, your subscription starts immediately and everything you built stays in place.

How does billing work for schools? +

One annual fee based on staff size. One invoice, and most schools cover it from their discretionary budget. Add teachers mid-year at no extra cost, we'll catch up at renewal. Schools that join in 2026/27 get pricing locked for 3 years.

Can individual teachers pay, or does the school have to? +

Both. Teachers can subscribe themselves with a card payment. For Whole School, the school is invoiced directly.

Where is our data stored? +

All data is stored on servers within the EU, fully GDPR compliant. We never share or sell school data.
