Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 March 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pleanáil (pleanail.ie), a curriculum planning platform for Irish primary schools operated by Strattonite Limited, a company registered in Ireland, with registered address at 152 Kimmage Road Lower, Harold's Cross, Dublin 6W, D6W YA70 ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using Pleanáil, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a school, you represent that you have authority to bind the school to these Terms.

2. The Service

Pleanáil provides a web-based platform that enables Irish primary school teachers and principals to create, manage, and export curriculum plans aligned with the NCCA primary school curriculum. The service includes fortnightly planning, long-term planning, Cúntas Míosúil generation, curriculum coverage tracking, and PDF export.

We reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

3. Accounts

To use Pleanáil, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account, and to update it if anything changes. You must notify us immediately at ciaran@pleanail.ie if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being misused.

By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. This licence ends when you delete your content or your account.

We do not guarantee that curriculum content is complete or error-free. Please refer to curriculumonline.ie as the authoritative source for curriculum information.

9. Availability and Support

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will be carried out with reasonable notice where possible.
